Well we all know how terrible I am at blogging. I feel like we have just been so busy! So let me explain a little with whats been going on.
When Oaklie was just a week old Sam left for a military training for two weeks. So learning to adjust was a very big challenge. Right before Oaklie turned two months I decided to start potty training Brodie finally. Well that was a bad idea because unlike Brodie who handled his shots so well, Oaklie doesnt do well at all. She got a fever and screamed for hours and hours so that stopped potty training for a bit. Then we all ended up with a cold! Thank goodness for breastfeeding because Oaklie hasnt gotten sick once! wahoo! Then it was all the holidays. I swear one thing after another haha. Then Sam was gone for another two weeks so we have been very busy! and on top of all of this we have officially started house hunting since November! I am so happy to say we got one! We sign our papers in 2 weeks!
Things have just been so crazy, I feel like we havent had any time to relax and have a day to ourselves in forever! So here is a family update.
Sam and Bre: well besides being busy with all of this crazy house stuff and military trainings we are enjoying our two wonderful kids!
Brodie: He is going to be 3 next month! Where has the time gone?! My baby is growing up so fast! We are officially potty training and getting rid of diapers! He is talking so much and is getting very adventurous. He loves jumping off everything and being a crazy boy. He cant wait for it to be warm, he is dying to go outside. For christmas my parents decided to take us to Disneyland in May and Brodie is beyond excited to go! He LOVES his sister!
Oaklie: She is just growing up way to fast! She will be 4 months on the 9th, She loves rice cereal. She is trying to sit up. Loves her toys, baby talks like crazy, she does a gargling noise all the time. She always smiles and is so hard to get to laugh! She is close to rolling over and only wakes up once at night to eat. She goes to bed by 8 and wakes up at 4. She never crys unless she is miserable. She started teething which is so not fun. She is total opposite of Brodie in alot of things. Whenever Brodie talks to her she gets so excited. She loves her brother! I hope they become best friends!
So there is my update! Things are going to be crazy the next couple of months with the house stuff and birthdays so I hope I can keep up better on my blog. We have to do somethings to our new house before we can move in so I will be doing before and afters.
