I realized the other day that i am so behind on our blog! So hopefully this is a quick catch up! We had tons of fun this summer. We love going to my parents and swimming and Brodie was such a little fishy! He loved the water!
One morning we went out to my car to get something out of it and i turn around and Brodie was gone! It scared me so bad! I then noticed my mother in law had the sprinklers on and i saw Brodie just running threw them. Seeing him at that moment was the best, he was so happy and free. Just having the time of his life!
Brodie is the happiest kid ever when my parents take him out on the boat. He loves standing on the front of the boat and scream as we drive fast! its always a good time! I can not wait until he starts surfing and wakeboarding.
This was a fun summer with Brodie because he was so curious with everything around him. Flowers were a big one, he was always smelling them and picking them.
When fall came around it was the best! Brodie and his aunt JoJo would go out and play in the leaves! It has been so hard to keep him inside at all this summer!
For Halloween Brodie and I were monsters (i was a momster) Sam missed it this year as he had gotten called out to Colorado for the National Guard for the flood clean up. He was gone for 6 weeks. I got a chance to go see him for 24 hours, he took me to some of the flood sites, it was pretty cool to see but also so sad. I didnt think water could do that much damage!
When Sam came home i left Brodie with my family so we could surprise him. When we walked threw the door i called for Brodie, he came running saying "Mama" and i said "guess who's home?" and Sam walked threw the door and Brodie looked at him and went "My dad!!!!" he ran to Sam and wouldnt let go of him, he kept saying "my daddy!" Ill admit i cried haha. I really wished i had someone record it because it was just so cute!
We got to have many more firsts with Brodie this year and i know we will get to have many more. But this year we decided to pull out the kitty cat, yes i know my child is only 1 but we didnt just let him go. Its fast enough we can just walk by him. Ill tell you what Brodie thought it was the greatest thing in the whole world his very own Vroom Vroom!
Thanksgiving was alot of fun with great food and amazing people. I love learning things from my great aunt Margaret. Shes a great cook!
I got to go Black Friday shopping for the first time ever and it was very interesting, i am glad i got to go! i got everything on my list! wahooo!
Not only is Brodie a fishy, he is a snowbaby! I thought the cold would keep him inside but nope! i was sure wrong on that!
I cant believe I have been married to this amazing man for 3 years! Hard to believe we dated since i was 15! He is my best friend! He can always make me laugh! We have had our ups and downs like anyone else and we are still very happy!!! I love him so much i cant wait to see where our lives go together! Thank you for another amazing year!
Brodie wasnt the biggest fan of santa this year! But thats ok he will learn to really love him!
We spent Christmas at the cabin like always, Brodie got so spoiled!

So far we started this new year off with a bang! A bang of Brodie being sick! yuck! two ear infections is never fun. All he has wanted to do is lay around. We are ready to have our bouncy kid back!
We hope everyone had a great year in 2013! One of my goals is to delete my facebook, i will be keeping my blog public for everyone who would like to see pictures and updates, i am also on instagram.
